What we collect
When you send a booking request we receive: your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number (optional), travel dates, number of guests, surf level, chosen package and any message you write.
Why we use it
- To check availability and answer your request by email or WhatsApp.
- To organise your stay (room, lessons, airport pick-up) if you book.
We never sell your data and we do not send newsletters unless you ask for them.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored on our web server and in our email inbox. We keep them only as long as needed to handle your stay and our legal obligations, then delete them.
Third-party services
- Google Fonts delivers the fonts used on this site.
- Google Maps is loaded only when you click “Show on Google Maps”.
- WhatsApp and Instagram links open those services, which have their own privacy policies.
If our own server cannot receive your request, it is forwarded by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service, only to deliver it to us.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
